She is the Head of Mission for IIHT (from Bangalore India) an IT Training Institute with a branch in Kenya, leading Kenya on the cutting-edge of the Technological world.
Dr. Theuri is a Co-founder of IPSCOD LTD, an organization that specializes in forming partnerships to leap-frog Kenya’s Technology development.
Her ability to work with all type of people makes her a jewel in the field of Change Management, Personal Development, Organizational change and Conflict Management.

Dr. Emmah has her eyes on the future of Kenya, and has been able to zero-in and craft mechanisms to solve many economic issues through Technology training, pioneering High Tech Industry courses for college graduates, corporates, and IT Professionals. Partnering with Indian Institutes, she also pioneered STEM ROBOTICS programmes for ages 5 to 22 year olds, with a goal of developing Young Engineering minds, and growing a pool of engineers from grounds-up, to re-engineer the Kenyan industrial technology landscape.
