She is the Head of Mission for IIHT (from Bangalore India) an IT Training Institute with a branch in Kenya, leading Kenya on the cutting-edge of the Technological world.
Dr. Theuri is a Co-founder of IPSCOD LTD, an organization that specializes in forming partnerships to leap-frog Kenya’s Technology development.
Her ability to work with all type of people makes her a jewel in the field of Change Management, Personal Development, Organizational change and Conflict Management.
Her thought provoking and creative processes inspire her audiences to see themselves differently, exploring their personal and professional potential.

Dr. Emmah has her eyes on the future of Kenya, and has been able to zero-in and craft mechanisms to solve many economic issues through Technology training, pioneering High Tech Industry courses for college graduates, corporates, and IT Professionals. Partnering with Indian Institutes, she also pioneered STEM ROBOTICS programmes for ages 5 to 22 year olds, with a goal of developing Young Engineering minds, and growing a pool of engineers from grounds-up, to re-engineer the Kenyan industrial technology landscape.

Dr. Theuri is a Knowledge Manager, and a polished Educator having served US Universities for 20 years. During that time, she perfected the art of Knowledge Management and Community Development, focusing on developing communities from the grassroots up, Dealing with Diversity, Creating Harmonious Families, and Leading Youth and Adults into Self-Exploration, and Understanding themselves, and others.

She is a Life Coach, and a Transformational Leader, areas where she delivers captivating life changing workshops, with high energy, and productive outcomes. Her audience has included students (all levels), parents, corporates, government and individuals.

Dr. Theuri has unique Coaching and Training methodologies, which are backed up by research, and grounded in her ability to turn research into information that ordinary people can understand, and clearly see the impact of research as it pertains to themselves. Through her training, people are able to see who they truly are.

Her goal is always to get each person in the audience to experience an “Aha!” moment when they say, “Now I know who I truly am” or “Now I see why my parents do not understand me” (youth).
